COVID-19 Shipping Updates
Due to the high demand for shipments of goods occurring throughout the country, you may experience a delay in receiving your Kate Farms order. Please know that our shipping partners are doing everything possible to deliver your products within your expected timeframe. We encourage you to place orders one week ahead of when you will need your Kate Farms. This will allow ample time for delivery in your area.

Free shipping on all orders
All of our formulas and shakes can be purchased online with free shipping to most of the continental US. We cannot ship internationally at this time.
While most states receive their orders in 1-2 business days, we cannot guarantee two-day shipping, and it is common for packages shipped to rural parts of Montana, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado to arrive in three days. Packages shipped to Hawaii and Alaska usually arrive in four days.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. The cutoff time for shipping each day is 2 pm EST. If you place your order after that time, your items will ship out the following business day. Please note that we do not ship on holidays and orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping to PO Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If you enter your shipping address to a PO Box, it will be returned to us. Please contact our Customer Care department if you have set your shipping address to a PO Box.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we will send information to track your order to the email address provided when your order is placed. Shipping and tracking information for orders can be accessed by logging in to the My Account page.
Canceling an order
Orders placed on katefarms.com are processed and shipped as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel your order, you may contact our Customer Care team up to one hour after purchase. Customer Care is available 7 days a week and can be reached directly at email@example.com or by calling 805-845-2446 during regular business hours.
If your order isn’t working out for any reason, we are happy to send you a replacement or refund up to one year from the date of purchase. To request a refund or replacement, please complete our Refunds & Replacements Form.
