COVID-19 Shipping Updates
Due to the high demand for shipments of goods occurring throughout the country, you may experience a delay in receiving your Kate Farms order. Please know that our shipping partners are doing everything possible to deliver your products within your expected timeframe. We encourage you to place orders one week ahead of when you will need your Kate Farms. This will allow ample time for delivery in your area.

Free two-day shipping on all orders
All of our formulas and shakes can be purchased online with free two-day shipping to most of the continental US. We cannot ship internationally at this time.
We cannot guarantee two-day shipping, and it is common for packages shipped to rural parts of Montana, New Mexico, Wyoming, and Colorado to arrive in three days. Packages shipped to Hawaii and Alaska usually arrive in four days.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we will send information to track your order to the email address provided when your order is placed. Shipping and tracking information for orders can be accessed by logging in to the My Account page.
Cancelling an order
We are unable to change or cancel orders after they have been submitted to the fulfillment provider. For this reason, all sales at katefarms.com are final. Since Kate Farms formula is a food product, we do not resell any returned product and cannot accept exchanges or returns.
We do understand that some circumstances may require special attention and we are happy to review requests for replacements and refunds and issue them when deemed necessary. If your order is severely delayed, damaged, or you would like to request a refund for a special situation, please visit our Refunds & Replacements page.
