Where can I buy Kate Farms locally?
Our products are sold exclusively online and no longer available in retail stores. We offer free two-day* shipping on all purchases at katefarms.com.
Can I cancel my order once it processes?
To ensure quickest shipping times, all orders are sent to our warehouse for processing within minutes of receipt. For this reason, we cannot cancel or change orders once placed. You may request a refund for an incorrectly placed order by filling out our Replacement & Refund Request Form. Refunds and replacements are granted at the discretion of Kate Farms.
How can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with my purchase?
All sales at katefarms.com are final. Refunds cannot be processed except under certain circumstances and will be considered on a case by case basis.
Please complete our Refund & Replacement Request Form or email us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Your name
- Order number
- Specific reason for refund request
Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Kate Farms and are limited to one case from your most recent order.
I didn’t use the product. Can I return it?
We only ship product that meets our high-quality standards. Since Kate Farms formulas are food, we do not resell any returned product and cannot accept returns. Unused product can be donated to a local food bank or clinic, or disposed.
What should I do if my product was damaged?
If your order was damaged in transit we are happy to send you a replacement. Please complete our Refund & Replacement Request Form. Do not use product that has been damaged in transit, or where the boxes or cartons are bloated or leaking.
What should I do if I received the wrong formula?
If you received the wrong product we are happy to send you the correct one. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photo(s) of the incorrect product that needs to be replaced.
What should I do if I received an incorrect item?
If you did not receive formula and instead received the wrong item, we are happy to correct that for you and ship you the correct formula (if ordered through katefarms.com). Please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photo(s) of the item that you received that needs to be replaced. Please do not use the product. We ask that you hold such product as UPS may pick it up when delivering your formula.
I think something is wrong with my Kate Farms product.
If you believe there is a quality issue with your Kate Farms product please email us at email@example.com with your concern including a photo of the lot code and the “best by” date printed on the top of the carton or case, so we can better receive your feedback. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis.
Do you ship internationally?
No, at this time we cannot ship internationally.
How do I cancel/modify my subscription?
If you need to modify or cancel your subscription you may log into your account by visiting katefarms.com and clicking “My Account” at the top right of the home page.
Subscription orders are processed at 2:30 am Pacific Time on the day indicated on your account, and once charged, cannot be adjusted. To avoid an unwanted charge, please cancel your subscription at least one day prior to your next order date. We will send you a reminder 5 days prior to all subscription orders processing to allow adequate time to cancel your subscription. Refund requests for unwanted subscription orders will not be honored.
