Kate Farms medical formulas

For optimal quality, Kate Farms medical formulas (Standard 1.0, Standard 1.4, Peptide 1.0, Peptide 1.5, Pediatric Standard 1.2, Pediatric Peptide 1.0, Pediatric Peptide 1.5, Glucose Support 1.2, Renal Support 1.8) are intended to be used at room temperature (59ºF – 86ºF) for tube feeds, and at temperatures consistent with refrigeration (33ºF – 40ºF) for oral consumption. Kate Farms Pediatric Blended Meals are intended to be used at room temperature (59ºF – 86ºF) for tube feeding, or temperatures consistent with refrigeration (33ºF – 40ºF) for oral consumption.

Unopened Kate Farms products are shelf stable until the date printed on each carton/pouch/closed system. Products can be stored at refrigerated or room temperatures. Do not store at temperatures above 110ºF for more than 2 weeks. If the packaging appears damaged or leaking in any way, please do not use and contact us for a replacement.

Opened Kate Farms medical formulas (carton) should be refrigerated after opening and used within 4 days for home use and within 24 hours in healthcare settings. Blended meals (pouch) should be refrigerated after opening and used within 24 hours. For closed system, once spiked, use within 48 hours.

Kate Farms adult and kids nutrition shakes

For optimal quality, Kate Farms nutrition shakes are intended to be used at temperatures consistent with room temperature (59ºF – 86ºF) or refrigeration (33ºF – 40ºF) for drinking.
