What is Plant Perks Rewards?

Plant Perks is our loyalty and rewards program designed to share the love of Kate Farms and celebrate All Good Things! Earn rewards for shopping and sharing Kate Farms with friends. When you join, you can easily redeem and apply points to exclusive discounts on future purchases.

How do I join?

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account by clicking here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically receive 50 points for creating an account. If you currently have an account or email subscription with us – you’ve already been enrolled in our rewards program so you can kick back, sign in, and start earning Plant Points!

Do I have to have an online account to join the Plant Perks Rewards? 

Yes, creating an online account on katefarms.com enables you to participate in the program and easily keep track of your points earned, points available for redemption, and purchase history.

How do I earn points?

You will earn 1 point for every $1 spent at katefarms.com. So, if you spend $100, you’ll earn 100 points.

How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn’t be easier! Simply visit our Plant Perks Rewards page to view all of our great reward options and click the ‘Redeem’ button to redeem your chosen reward.

How do points convert to dollars?

100 points = $10 off, 200 points = $20 off, 300 points = $30 off, and 400 points = $40 off.

Can I apply rewards to my existing subscription?

Note: This will not work if you currently have a discount applied to your subscription.

You can absolutely add your rewards points to your subscription! Please follow these steps to apply your points! 

1.     Log into your account and navigate to the Plant Points Rewards page 

2.     Select “redeem” next to number of points you wish to redeem 

3.     Copy or write down the code that is generated 

4.     Go to “My Account” in the main menu and select “My Subscriptions”, then “Manage Subscriptions” 

5.     On your subscription page, find the subscription you want discounted and select “Manage Subscription” 

6.     Scroll down and select “Apply Discount” 

7.     Input the copied discount code in the field on the right-hand side of the screen. Then select “Add Discount” to apply the discount 

All set! You have applied your one-time coupon towards your next recurring order. 

*If you currently have an existing discount associated with your subscription, please give us a call at (805)845-2446 so we can assist you with applying your Plant Perks with your subscription. 

Do my points expire?

Your points will expire after one year of inactivity. Inactivity includes not interacting with our program (i.e., redeeming points, placing an order, etc.).

Can I combine my points with another discount?

You cannot combine points with other discounts at this time.

How do I share Kate Farms with my friends and family?

To share the benefits of Kate Farms with friends and family, simply go to our Refer-a-friend page and enter your friends’ email addresses to gift them $10 off their first purchase. They will receive an email with further information on how to access this discount. 

For the discount to be added to your family member or friend’s order and to your account, they will need to click the link sent in email. By clicking the link, their discount will be automatically applied to their order at checkout and once the order goes through, you will receive 100 points to your Plant Perks Account. 

Will my past purchases apply towards my Plant Perks Rewards?

Your purchases prior to July 1, 2021 will not apply to your Plant Perks Rewards account.

What happens when I receive a refund for a purchase I made using points, will I receive those points back?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your rewards account.

How will I be able to view my points?

You can view your points in a few different places:

1. Visit your “My Account” page to view and redeem your rewards. 

2. Click “Rewards” on the navigation  

3. On the cart and checkout page, your redeemable rewards will also appear in the dropdown. 

Is there a minimum and maximum number of points to redeem for a discount?

The minimum redemption is 100 points ($10) in order to redeem your Plant Perks towards an order on katefarms.com.

The maximum redemption is 400 points ($40) per order.

Reward redemptions may only be used in 100 point increments (100 points = $10).

How can I get a birthday reward?

Add your birthday under “Ways to earn points” on the Plant Perks Rewards page. On your birthday we will send you an email and add 100 points ($10) to your account. 

*Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion. 

Additionally, any birthday within 30 days of account activation will not receive an award until 30 days have passed since your account was activated. 

How can I get a points for leaving a review?

We love to hear from our customers! By leaving a Product Review, you will receive 20 points towards your Plant Perks Rewards account*.

*In order to receive the 20 points, you must leave the Product Review via the email request. We cannot award points for a Kate Farms Site Review.

Note – if you leave the review by navigating directly to the product page, you will not receive the 20 points.

Where can I find my already generated discount codes?

To access rewards codes that have already been generated, first log into your account. Then, press the tab that says “Rewards.” Scroll down and you should see your current amount of points and a button that says “Rewards History.” Press “Rewards History” and you will see the history of you Plant Perks points. Any unused generated discount codes will be available in the “Status” column.
