It’s important to remember that FSA funds do not roll over at the end of the year (unless your employer allows it), and they immediately return to your employer if you leave your job. A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is a document written by a healthcare provider that explains why a specific treatment, service, or product is medically required for a patient's diagnosis or treatment. It serves as proof that an item isn't a cosmetic or wellness purchase but an essential part of managing a medical condition.
