This refreshing smoothie combines Kate Farms Glucose Support 1.2 with kiwi fruit, grapes, pineapple, chia seeds and more.
Ingredients (makes 2 servings):
1 carton Glucose Support 1.2 (chilled)
1/2 cup green grapes (frozen)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup cucumber slices
1/2 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1 whole skinned kiwi
1 sprig parsley
1 tsp flaxseed
1 tsp chia seed
Directions: Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth. For thinner consistency, add a small amount of cold water.
