Green Smoothie

This refreshing smoothie combines Kate Farms Glucose Support 1.2 with kiwi fruit, grapes, pineapple, chia seeds and more.

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

  • 1 carton Glucose Support 1.2 (chilled)

  • 1/2 cup green grapes (frozen)

  • 1/2 cup chopped celery

  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices

  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks (frozen)

  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger

  • 1 whole skinned kiwi

  • 1 sprig parsley

  • 1 tsp flaxseed

  • 1 tsp chia seed



Directions: Combine all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth. For thinner consistency, add a small amount of cold water.
