Overnight Oats

This hearty breakfast treat is packed with nutrients to keep you thriving, including chia and flax seeds, plus Kate Farms Pediatric Standard 1.2 Vanilla and a touch of vanilla extract.

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 carton Kate Farms Pediatric Standard 1.2 Vanilla

  • 1/2 cup water

  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup if you prefer it a bit sweeter


1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

2. If mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more water or Kate Farms to thin it out.

3. Serve with fresh fruit, nut butter, granola, or whatever topping you prefer!
